After we had actually made the robot we had to give it controls so it could move. We used robot lab to send the information that we had set on laptop to the robot. The main part of the robot which stores all of the information is called the programming block. The information that we put onto the laptop we convert it to the robot. We then place it on the floor and watch what we programmed it to do. We also used a little gadet called infa-red.
